One-to-oneYour real situationEnglish or Polish

Your context comes first

Bring a real situation.

  • Taking responsibility for an inherited platform.
  • Preparing a difficult supplier or stakeholder conversation.
  • Moving from system administration into platform ownership.
  • Balancing operational demand with a meaningful roadmap.
  • Using AI in your own management work with appropriate checks.

What to expect

A practitioner’s perspective.

I bring the perspective of a practitioner who has worked across system ownership, enterprise application leadership and global Product Owner teams. We use your context to make the next step clearer.

Two ways to work together

Choose a focused conversation or a short series.

01

Focused session

A 60-minute remote conversation based on a short description of your situation, followed by a concise note of the next steps.

Before we start

Practical questions.

Is this for Scrum Product Owners only?

No. It is particularly relevant to owners of internal platforms and enterprise applications, where vendors, service responsibilities and commercial commitments shape the role.

Can my employer sponsor the sessions?

You can ask about a company-funded engagement. Scope and booking arrangements are agreed before the first session.

Is this a training course?

Sessions are built around your situation. A structured team workshop can be discussed separately.

Can I bring sensitive company information?

Start with a general description. We agree what information is needed and how it may be shared before reviewing detailed material.
